India Launch of Infinix Smart 8 Is Scheduled for January 13

It's verified that the Infinix Smart 8 will shortly appear in India. In November 2023, the vehicle made its debut in Nigeria. The smartphone's Indian version's primary features and available colors were previously disclosed by the manufacturer. It is anticipated that the Indian version's specs will be comparable to those of its international equivalent. A 5,000mAh battery, an HD+ display, a 50-megapixel dual camera unit, and a Unisoc chipset are included with the global model. Now that the phone is almost here, Infinix has revealed a few additional details, including its pricing range. The phone's national launch date was also disclosed.

For the upcoming Infinix Smart 8, a Flipkart webpage has gone online. The page verifies that the phone will be available on Flipkart after launch. On the business website, there is a landing page available for the same. Additionally, it gives out a hint as to the handset's price, which is "Rs. 6,XXX," meaning that it will be less than Rs. 7,000. It has been revealed that the phone would ship with up to 8GB of RAM, divided between 4GB of real RAM and 4GB of virtual RAM. Additionally, 64GB of inbuilt storage is planned.


The Magic Ring feature will be available on the Infinix Smart 8. It functions similarly to Apple's Dynamic Island and is a collapsible island shaped like a pill that surrounds the central hole-punch cutout at the top of the display. It facilitates the compact, clutter-free display of notifications and alerts for users.

Notably, the Unisoc T606 SoC and 5,000mAh battery are features of the Infinix Smart 8 global model. It comes pre-installed with Android T Go Edition and has a 6.6-inch HD+ (1,612 x 720 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a maximum brightness level of 500 nits.
